Streamyx - Tak Boleh

My home internet was down. So I called streamyx customer support.

On top of the unpleasant, unprofessional and lousy english, I got this:

B****: "do u have house alarm"
Me: "why is that relevant??"
B****: "sir, i need to know" (unhappy tone)
Me: "why is THAT relevant???"
B****: "sirrrrr i neeed tooo konw" (unhappy tone)

I really want to slap that malay b*****
